Just started. Realized this is definitely a bug

Hey everyone,

Just started playing like a week ago. Been playing non-stop XD

Anyway I realized that there's a bug.

Whenever I target a monster and I select a skill(meaning I don't touch any other button, simply target and select skill), you can see that I do perform the skill but it does not hit the monster at all(so it doesn't auto aim as it should).

Also when I do battlemode(so I just select it with my hotkey) it performs the overall animation but it doesn't take SP + it doesn't give me the buff.

Ofcourse I have found certain ways to work around it, but I am not able to use a WI or FA(which are mostly long range with their particular skills).

Do you guys have suggestions?

Massive Bug

This belongs in other section, but since this is most visited, gona post here, fell free to move it.
Problem: Doing account transfer, im receiver, but tryed as sender too. And same problem occures.(Know each other pw's)
I filled all requested tasks, to make transfer posible, and i go "Next" it indicates on "timer" and pop up something like error screen, but it says only this "???? ????? ????????" and nothing else.
Like i mention All is done properly, code, item shop working without problems (except script problem error 53).
Question is anyone experienced similar or same problem while doing account transfer reciently. Question for staff, is this problem familiar, and how to resolve this. WIll post this in support too. So dont bother commenting dumb and obvious stuff, except the problem at hand, Ty.

Wierd shizz'l going on round he'a

yesterday i noticed when my FPS drops 4 red letter's 'N' appears on top on my character or on his waist something like this NNNN,and another thing i warped to port lux and i checked my pet to see how much EXP he needs until lv. up and out of nowhere the pet unequiped from slot i thought i right click on it so i put it back but in a blink of an eye he unequiped again i equip again and the same thing happens i tried 3 times and eventualy the pet remaind equiped, and about the quest window and the premium benefit window .. and the gps ..why are they so messy when i relog or restart game or change server or char.,i put them in order but after relog .. i find them all over the place.

Update Files hangs up on File 5

Hi there,

I got serious problems with launching cabal after not having played now for about a year.
I updated properly, but when I want to start, I can see the fullscreen loading view before it crashes into bluescreen.

Trying to fix this, I wanted to check/repair my files using the launcher option.
Clicking the button, it runs through all files and finds 1755 items to replace.
But when it starts with replacing them, it counts to 5, and the freezes (I waited overnight, but nothing happened).
If I then want to close the launcher using the "x" button in the top right corner, I get a windows error message, saying "List index out of bounds (4)".

Anyone who had the same issue and can tell me how to fix?

PS:
I do not have tried a new install yet, want to do it this afternoon or evening. Just hoped that I can pass this time consuming step...

Problem in steamer.

Situation that happend, was doing bm3 quest in steamer normal. Went bm at first boss, kild it, arived at second boss with same bm, extend.
When boss appeared i stand near warp thing, and presed auto target, it targeted chest, and i got item without killing boss.
Did anyone else had this tipe of problem. Problem cus its bug apparently, and can't do my bm3 quest. Est soft owns me one steamer entry, expect law sue!

Pk bug

Hi everytime i log in/relog or dc the pk opens automatic. I asked other players and it seems i am the only one with it. Anyone else has the same here onthe forum? If its a bug i am on Mercury wa 190 rebelion23 . More info only on ticket.

Hallo liebes Support-Team
Gestern Abend war ich alleine ic2 und bekam einen dc als ich mich wieder einloggte und versuchte reinzugehen war der dg beendet und stehe nun auf platz 1 (siehe bild).
Ich wusste nicht genau wo ich nun diesen bug melden sollte. Ich kann mir das ganze nur vorstellen da ich seit anfang der woche massen weise dc´s bekomme da mein Router defeckt ist.

Yesterday evening I was alone and got a dc IC2 as I logged back and tried go in the dg was finished and am now in a space-1 (see picture).
I was not sure where I should report this bug now. I can only imagine the whole because since the beginning of the week as I reasonably get dc's because my router is defective.
Please Help

A few newbie bugs

Hey !

I recently started a new char, and I started noticing some small bugs throughout the game, so I thought I'd as well report them. Here I some of them, I might update thread as necessary (or start a new one if you think that's the thing to do)

  • Description: Mails kept from a character to another : I had a character lv100+ deleted by support, I created a new one with the same name in the slot, and the mails were transfered from the old char to the new one. You can check it out on the screenshot, the character wasn't even deleted when those mails were received.

  • Description: Wrong quest mob in the quest "The Hillside Ghost Cottage". One's supposed to kill Zombie Maids inside the cottage to drop a red bead necklace, but due to having the same name as those inside, the maids outside are marked as quest mobs as well - except they can't drop the item.
  • Screenshot/video: Forgot to take one before entering, sry.
  • Location: Bloody Ice, Ghost Cottage
  • Class: /
  • Action taken: Get inside the cottage and the quest works perfectly
  • Result: /
  • Expected Result: /



  • Description: Officer Dunhike (Desert Scream) marked as purple quest giver (both exclamation mark and glowing circles on the map and unfolded scroll above his head) but didnt give or was linked to any.
  • Screenshot/video: Forgot to take one, sry.
  • Location: Desert Scream, Officer Dunhike
  • Class: Force Archer, lv12
  • Action taken: Leaving the map and coming back again seemed to solve the issue.
  • Result: /
  • Expected Result: /



  • Description: Impossible to change appearance of low lv miniboss items.

  • Location: Any of the 3 core alchemists.
  • Class: Force Archer
  • Action taken: Trying to insert the item in the left change appearance slot.
  • Result: Item is not accepted in the slot.
  • Expected Result: Why wouldn't we change these? Anyway, a simple system message to tell ppl or a warning in the change appearance window would be nice.



None of these are major bugs, though the first one might be exploited if usable between accounts...

Achievement bug ''Nothing can scare me''

Hey Guys,

I wanted my title: Nothing can scare me, where u needed to kill every class 10 times,
So i killed all classes 10x and it won't give me the ''Complete All'' achievement.

i have 2 screen's to show ya,

So please helm me get this fixed.

I have Epaulet of Nightwalkers (Martial/Battle/Armor), all non bind, but cant sell them in AH ?

When I try to register them I keep getting the error message -

"Cannot register any items not listed in the category"

Combo break at drinking MP pot

Hello, I seem to have a problem with my combo - it breaks most of the time when I drink an MP potion. I never noticed this to happen before the recent update (2013 Sep 11). Guildmates say they don't experience this though. And I think I do combo ok - it never raised any problems before.

  • Description: Combo breaks when my char is automatically drinking MP potion (not 100% of the time though - sometimes it drinks in time, but really rarely somehow).
  • Screenshot/video: -
  • Location: Frozen Clue, Illusion Castle Underworld, DS dummy, etc...
  • Class: Blader.
  • Action taken: I noticed this just after the recent Cabal update and thought I was doing a bad combo or my combo skills' timeouts changed - in a Frozen Clue dungeon. So I went to check this on a dummy and noticed, that combo breaks when my char is low on MP and it drinks an MP pot.
  • Result: I combo normally and when MP becomes low, I press on a ready skill in a right time, I hear a pot drinking sound and then combo breaks, then the skill is launched after MP is restored. Btw, that time the panel on the right side does not write, that "MP has been restored by auto using MP potions".
  • Expected Result: Drinking MP potions used to not interfere with combo'ing...

Drosnin quest

Hey there !

  • Description: Impossible to complete Drosnin's quest due to an unjustified error
  • Screenshot/video: /
  • Location: Ic2
  • Class: Any (party)
  • Action taken: Tried to click drosnin's altar after having defeated the last boss and clicked the vortex (or whatever that is, in that room). This happened to me twice in two totally different parties. All characters tried clicking the altar and clearing their temporary inventory.
  • Result: "Please have party members clear their temporary inventory - Hot key : X" (unjustified : all party members had it cleared and checked it out after recieving the message)
  • Expected Result: Normally proceeding the quest and get the chest and get epic earrings :3



I honestly have no clue as how to reproduce this issue, and I don't know if that happens for other quests/dungeons, but this is the only place I've ever encoutered this - and twice in a short lapse (3 days)

Party inv bug

Guys, could anyone tell me why this keeps happening to me?
75% of the time I give someone a party invite the counter goes to 0, and it stays there...
The opponent doesn't receive it.
I know it happens to all but it happens rlly often to me..

What can I do to fix it?

New Material Development Support

So, there's this quest in my quest log, New Material Development Support...

supposedly it's the one that gives me my daily token right? well it's not, i already completed that one today.

This quest requires me to "Collect 3 Upgrade Core (Highest) to request a Circuit Jewel (LV 7) for the request new material development support"...

now, I went out of my way (LV 55 here) to buy them at the AH, and now I can't find this craft in Chloe's list to save my life... help plz? did I just waste a little shy of 2kk alz?

Ctrl+Left bug

  • Description:Ctrl+left clicking some items do not move from inventory to warehouse as they should. Only the storage price changes to show sale price at the npc.
  • Screenshot/video:
  • Location: Any warehouse on any map
  • Class: All
  • Action taken: Relogged and switched character.
  • Result: Bug still apparent
  • Expected Result: To be able to move items quickly via the method given to us by ctrl+left clicking instead of having to drag those items across while some items like entries are able to be quickly moved.

Warrior bm3 bug

I spend hours getting the stain clones just to craft the bm3 skill book lvl 2, and now I can't even use it.
Whenver i try to drag it to my skill slots it automatically changes to lvl 1.
In the screen shot it seems like I put 2 of the lvl 1 skills in the skill slots, but I actually put in lvl 1 and 2.
So how can I use the skill if I can't even register it in my skill slots.

does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Well...for some reason when i get to the middle part of the dung to the first boss the game starts to freeze making my pc work really hard ,i was near the first boss Flame Guard Einzerki and the game freeze for 10 sec and i noticed that near me it was Prewitt the weapon NPC from Bloody Ice i dunno why and how did he appear next to me but after the game started to run he disappeared, doing a lot of DX premium now with the event..so lava changed a little bit dunno why with the freeze thing,and the NPC thing happened 2 times
